The floors were in pretty rough shape with deep scratches from our dog and some old stain damage in the hallway. The Floor Sanding Auckland Experts team arrived right on time and took care to protect all our furniture and walls with plastic sheeting. What impressed me most was how they explained each step of the process. From the initial sanding through to the final coat of polyurethane. The dust extraction system worked really well, though we still had to stay elsewhere for two nights while everything dried. The transformation was incredible. Our floors now look better than when we first bought the house. The grain in the kauri really comes through beautifully with the satin finish we chose. They even managed to blend in a small repair section near the kitchen doorway so you can't tell where the old damage was. The only minor issue was they finished a day later than originally planned due to some weather delays, but they kept us informed and it wasn't a big problem.
